Wow $450... Here in Aus I bought one for $5 :-P
Thats like 32cents given our dollar is so crap at the moment.

HHammerly 03-06-2017 06:42 AM

Yea, we looked into this before and shipping was $445 LOL you could make some money if you could get them shipped to the us cheap!

Yep the shipping from Aussieland to the US killed it being viable to move a few over.

gianic 03-06-2017 04:14 PM

I will have another set next week. :)

Might be worth it to get a container full and ship it over that way hahaaha.

I don't even know if there are enough 3.63 R&P's in Australia to fill a whole container, nor do I want to know how much it would cost for that many.

borka 03-07-2017 10:29 PM

whats the weight of the package? it should not be more than $150 to ship via regular mail service.

GeneSplicer 03-07-2017 11:19 PM

Now to resell and profit - just kidding! Thanks man :bigtu:

my r&p set shipping weight was 5.5kg

borka 03-08-2017 10:24 AM

so 12-14 lbs box roughly.

I ship packages from USA to Australia via USPS and UPS and its about $100-120 for that kind of weight. It cant be much more going back the other way into USA.

If a good source of 3.63 can be found, there is money to be made.

It is much cheaper to ship from the USA to Australia, then from Australia to USA. Believe me I did a ton of research into it several years back. I had a lead on 7-15 R&P's and a long list of people who were interested into them. It fell apart when it came to getting them all to me. Between shipping costs, paypal fees, and cost of the R&P's there was not much savings at all.

Sadly postage in Australia is a bit of a rip. We pay out the wahzoo for just local, or interstate postage... let alone trying to send something overseas.

gianic 03-09-2017 04:01 AM

Don't worry guys , I will have two more sets next week for ya.
