Brand new. Wasn't what I was looking for. Only mod I did was weld the screw into the slot so it was less of a pain to install and grinded the top of the flange a tad so the wastegate would clear. Has surface rust and a little scratched up from me fanagaling it. From the 01-05 kit. Asking $200 shipped OBO.
