Default Borg Warner EFR 7163 IRL Motorsport

Hi guys,

So I have some more IRL turbos for sale, this time 7163's. These are all in great condition, no oil weeping, tight shafts, etc...You can find my old thread of the 6758 turbos here: https://www.miataturbo.net/miata-par...-turbos-82212/

These are the IRL turbos, so lightweight comp housing, more compact turbine housings, aluminum CHRA...ridiculously light turbos.

SOLD.

I do have the prints for the v-band flanges, clamps, and for the inlets as well. I can actually have them made for you if you don't have a shop.

-Micah

Here one of them is with one of my 6758's

I picked up a 6758 from OP last time he had for sale. Came quickly, great seller.

OP, I would highly recommend that you make the inlets for the turbo's and sell them with the turbo. I have yet to find somewhere else to buy them and I have looked around.

Thank you for the kind words.

I do have them and ready to roll off the CNC. I know some of my customers from before needed special inlets or restrictors for class rules. I also have the turbo inlet flanges as they are bespoke sized for these turbos, speed sensor block offs, etc...basically if you need something to complete these IRL turbos, I have it.

Nice turbos. Any experience with T3 flange to Vband adapters? Ebay stuff gives me nightmares, and getting a new manifold is not on the cards.

Are you at liberty to post those flange and clamp drawings to the internet? It would be a greate service to the community. I havent been able to find a model or print for the inlet V-band anywhere.

I'm actually fixing to run a small production run of them. Lots of guys seem to be needing them.

Inlet flange, clamp, inlet and its clamping hardware, etc...

As long as the inlet flange is standard then you can just buy one from full race, they're like $55. Unlisted stainless steel, I would prefer to know its 321 stainless. I like these compressor housings more than the standard ones, it lets you run a lower profile elbow entering the turbo, it would be great to 3d print one from abs and lay carbon on it.

Neither compressor nor turbine inlet are OTS parts to the public. Smaller and lighter. I can supply prints for the pieces or supply them if you don't have a means of making them. If you want to print an inlet, I can get you the base dimensions...actually making an elbow would be an easy model to knock out.

Bumpity.
