Brand New Never Taken Out Of The Crate Built Engine!!!

Im selling a fully built engine from flying miata, still in crate never taken out, i have no use for it considering i bought a 1.8L miata and sold the 1.6 before i received the engine, and im nto willing to do all the work to fit in my 2001......
i have the invoice and everything,
here are the things done stated on the invoice:

Just curious: What is the difference between your motor and the 4755.95 "base" FM build? Just the core charge? Simply trying to figure out where the other $1200 they charged you came from.
If I hadn't already done exactly this, I would consider. It took FM 3+ months to complete my engine. So, for those in the market to get this done by FM, it's a good deal - cost wise it's pretty close to even; but time wise, it's a steal.

it took 8 months to get this engine =X
and carl and magna, ya'll actually no how FM is these others do not, thats why they judge, and this engine isnt a base..... if you read the things done to it you will see extras.....
for instance 3 angle valve job ? titanium valves and springs ?

I didn't see Ti valves and springs in your list, so sorry.
