I want to make another group buy, one for the T25/T28 setups with full 3" exhaust, if theres interest I can do 10 sets

Kraken 11-04-2017 05:19 PM

In regards to the durability of the manifolds, none have come back for now.... I know some of the cars have actually been winning races in Europe, so very happy. Cant be more specific because interests are getting in the way
The thickness of the manifold is something that you guys need to put up with for now, trust me when I say , this stuff isnt easy, i dont want to replace any manifolds ever

Kraken 11-04-2017 05:30 PM

Also still trying to get this going

Also this has been on my mind for the td04l turborcharger for a while now, i have redesigned the old td04l manifold but really want to pull the finger on this, in part this is why the GB is happening

do you make a T25 manifold and and 3" downpipe combo? I already have a 3" exhaust...

I would be interested to replace my current manifold and dp.

Will your kit only fit a na6/na8 or will it also fit a NB2? How does the muffler sound in comparison to the Magnaflow 12589 (Muffler on the MKTurbo).

I noticed some of your pictures show a turbo with a vband housing. Is there a price difference on the 5 bolt flange vs a vband? I have a 2554r that doesn't have the vband housing.

I'm realizing I'm not the only left in the dark, out $500, wondering two months later, WTF?

An update would be considerate. Not trying to be an A$$, but some communication to customers that went out on a whim isn't too much to ask.

Any particular reason this isn't available in T3 flange? Or is T3 considered oversized for 1.8 these days?

How many people have received these at this point?

yes and no, the problem is the CAT flange which isnt a true 3", can make it open and loose vband so you can weld it to where you want ?

Kraken 11-05-2017 02:46 PM

Theres my multi quotes :)

I have no cat. Just 2.5" dp to 3" exhaust with factory style 2 bolt flange.

can you just make the 3" downpipe with a 3" vband at the end, and include the other side vband ring so I can just weld it on my exhaust?

Hey, the muffler I am using is some sort of copy of the Magnflow, its branded STC performance. The reason why Im not using magnflows is cost, something that over there is $60 usd here its £110, so a complete waste of money imo

I am attaching some photos, please disregard the hand prints

I can make downpipes to CAT for the following engines/years
mk1 1600
mk2 1800

The full systems fit all cars

The turbo with the vband housing is an efr, the downpipes and systems are for the garrett t25/t28 turbos with the 5 bolt flange like the gt2544r. In principle I can make anything as long as I have the turbocharger here, for example a guy asked for mani and dp for the turbocharger from the nissan 300zx, I had to buy the turbocharger to make him the dp. I like hording turbos so all good :)

I have made a Group Buy for the TD04L manifold https://www.miataturbo.net/group-buy...5/#post1449795

Haha that's me that ordered that custom 300zx t25 downpipe for NB. Looking forward to it, I will post pics on this thread of it and I will be making my own build thread very soon keep an eye out for it.

Do you have any sound clips with the exhaust?

Might be helpful to post them for those wondering what it sounds like. Sorry if it has been posted already.

BallnColln 11-07-2017 09:13 AM

I'd be interested in a full T25 kit for an NB1. Would it be too much trouble to add a cat? Is that something you'd be willing to do?

Yes, can add a sports cat on vbands , actually been thinking to do a Group buy on the T25 stuff so I can pay for the other TD04l that no one wants

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/102...922/LLzQA6.jpg

Something like that ?

Kraken 11-07-2017 05:41 PM
