Are you sure? Check our Racing Beat's header ID sheet. I'm gonna assume the EGR functionality should be the same across brands, but maybe I'm wrong. Looks to me like you have a male EGR fitting, like the RB '01-05 header. Or maybe the Cobalt "EGR Tube" does some kind of conversion?

Hmm. It came on my car, but after typing miata cobalt header, it looks identical to me.

You just need to use a different egr tube. I used an NB2 RB header with my NB1. The EGR tube is different, but that's easy enough to swap.

Change of plans. Because we are in a kind of rush to get my car finished, I can't just "go turbo" if I sell it. So I'll be keeping it for a couple months and then I will put it back up for sale when it's a better time. Sorry guys. I wish I could now.

Firstly, this is an NB2 header. Can use on NB1 as well, by getting an NB2 EGR tube ($60 new).

Having said that, how old is it, how long has it been used on a car? Does anyone have any comparisons to RB header or, better yet, Maxim? I've ended up with an orphan NA with VVT engine swapped in and Raceland header in it (why, oh, why?).. So, looking for Maxim, but considering good alternatives. Or should I just run Raceland since it's already there and use it an excuse for being slow when my *** is handed to me by better CSP drivers?

My mistake, sorry. I don't see why it wouldnt work on an NB1 though. No way of knowing how long it was on the car or miles used as it was on the car when I purschased it. I have yet to see power to my odometer at all, so I don't know miles on it unfortunately. It does look to be in great shape though. Here it is roughly mounted to my NB1. It hooks up to the stock exhaust perfectly underneath.

It absolutely would. With either an aforementioned NB2 EGR tube (this is how I have mine set up on my NB1) or with EGR block-off plate on the engine and cap on the header (as in your picture here)
