All engines are promised to run, not to use excessive oil and/or show signs of smoke and/or excessive noise. Bad compression results will not result in a refund!
Engines are covered by a 90 day warranty once delivered, except when used for racing / boost applications.

Interested in the 72k mile one. Just to confirm, as I have gotten mixed answers from lurking, it WILL work if swapped into a US Miata as long as I replace the necessary parts since the internal components are essentially the same between USDM, EUDM and JDM.

 

I don't see any reason why, nothing special about the wiring, sensors etc.
