That's not a '90 shell unless it's got a newer dash...passenger airbag what?

 

It is a newer dash in a 1.6 chassis...

Definitely a 1990-1993 engine bay:

 

yes that dash was froma 94 but the chasis does not even come with it.

the car has no title it is strictly for parts or for race car or for driving over with a huge lifted truck and smashing it to little pieces whatever floats your boat
