Default DIY fan/shroud kit + Spal PWM fan

I have a DIY fan shroud kit + Spal brushless fan from Wizard Cooling for sale. The Spal fan in this kit comes in a 300w or 500w version that have the same dimensions, this is the 500w version. I originally bought this kit for my street car, but it doesn't suit a street driven car and will throw an alternator light on the dash with AC on or at idle, and is just way more air than I will ever need. At the time I could not purchase the lower 300w version fan by itself and had to buy an entire new kit to get the 300w fan.
This fan is the same style Spal brushless fan that you may have seen in Flyin Miata's kits, this one is just larger. The fan can either be operated by an ECU that can control a PWM fan, or it can simply run off the included temperature sensor. The sensor runs the fan at 5% speed at 190*F and varies its speed up to 100% at 210*F. I run my kit off the temperature sensor which conveniently plugs into the 3/8NPT port in the front water neck delete plate from my reroute kit.

The kit comes with:
14" Spal Brushless PWM fan(500w version).
Aluminum shrouding that will need to be cut/fabbed to fit your setup.
Wiring harnesses.
190-210 temperature sensor.

Once I had the shroud fabricated by a local shop, hooking everything up was pretty straightforward. One hot wire to a fuse, then to the alternator, a couple grounds, one wire to my old AC fan switch. It is a bit of a tight fit on my car as I have Track Speed Engineering radiator which is pretty thick. The harnesses are all top notch quality and weatherproof.
Something also I did on my car: The harness has a wire you can run to a switched 12v source that will override the temperature switch and send the fan to 100% speed. I hooked this up to both my old AC fan wire(so it comes on when AC is on) and also to the defrost switch on my dash(the car never sits outside so defrost is never used). If I end up dipping into the boost in the Texas heat as I get closer to my destination, its nice to switch the fan on to 100% and dump some temperature out of the coolant system/turbo before shutting the car off.

I've attached the data sheet for this specific fan, wiring diagram, some photos of the kit installed in my car, and the kit itself for sale. Everything in the kit is new and unused, except the fan that had a couple weeks worth of street driving on it.

The kit is no longer for sale on their website but I believe I paid around $700 for it, looking for $500 shipped or pickup around Arlington TX.

Would entertain a reasonable offer.
