Default ebay: interesting garrett turbo t3/t4

check it out

$425 delivered is not a bad price for a new turbo complete with internal gate

And the specs would work fine on Miata IMO:
t3 turbine flange 58 AR
50 AR T04e compressor
oil and water center assembly

I'm not sure of the wheel size on the turbine, but given it comes from a truck, I'd assume it's large enough. It looks to be over 2" which is at least a stage 2.

Well, if you'd look at the pics, you'd see that it has the IWG, but it's set up for external. :gay:

just the shape of the blades alone says stage II or III.

looks good.

and nothing wrong with IWG:

ben, that's just how T3 IWG's look... no separated or bellmouth outlets like a T2.

Is it just a bad picture, or is the compressor outlet not round?

don't worry, it unbolts

it looks pinched- so far I've had two that way, but they still worked

I like the funky AR size on the turbine housing- nice compromise IMO

I understand it, was trying to clarify for Dan. Looks just like a 2nd gen turbo.

I would purchase it if it had a bigger compressor wheel.

I was too - but by the time I posted there were already three replies.

Yeah, and the damn wheels are prohibitively expensive new by themselves... You're looking at $250 for a wheel and compressor housing. But I think this would work as a good upgrade from straight up t3.

If the T3 60 trim i have now won't cut it with its .48 stage 1 turbine I'll think of this as a possible upgrade.
