Emanage, support tool, 1.6 ECU soldered to inj.+ign harness,boost sensor
I got a Emanage support tool cable with the usb adaptor attached for $100 shipped to the lower 48.

emanage ignition + injector harness soldered to 1.6 ECU + boost sensor and harness
I also have a 1.6 Miata ECU that has the Emanage injector and ignition harnesses soldered in. Plus a boost sensor and it's harness for the emanage blue. This would be close to plug and play for the emanage blue. $150 shipped in the lower 48.
