Hopefully Brian and I will start pulling apart his car soon. He is my motivation to get my other miata running so he can use my garage to get all the parts off.

 

You know that I blew it right? That is part of the motivation of this whole thing. It was the last straw. I haven't torn it apart but I'm almost certain That I broke a ring land on one of the GTX pistons.

I couldn't figure out why you were parting out after all the recent work(besides first post reasons). You were one of my built 1.6L heroes.

If I'm going to machine something I can pick it up locally. Was willing to pay shipping on a sealed unit I could swap in myself. Gonna be broke as **** til after Christmas anyhow.

It really wasnt the news I wanted to see first thing this morning, and I was of course really looking forward to giving you the sale and bolting the coilovers in my car.

I do appreciate you letting me know that you sold them rather than nothing at all. I completely understand going with a local sale over having to deal with paypal and pay to ship em out. Im sure another set of tiens will show up sooner or later.

I try not to burn any bridges and you are no different. Maybe we'll run into each other someday, maybe not.

Update for you nubz:

I got the car to Shuiend's place yesterday. He is graciously letting me use his garage. I will be spending my nights there this week removing everything off the car. So parts will be shipping soon.
