mr2daj has now shipped all 3 of the manifolds that he has sold so far. Once those 3 users are happy with what they received I will reopen the thread so that m2rdaj can sell his final one.

All 3 previous customers have received their manifolds and everything should be resolved in a way that the buyers are happy. So I am reopening this thread for the last one to be sold.
