I'm considering selling the AST 5100's I have and moving on to a set of Doubles. Here are the details on the shocks:

AST 5100 bodies,
NB Shock Mounts
HyperCoil 800lb front springs
Hypercoil 450lb rear springs
Hypercoil Helper Springs

Here is the deal.
The shocks were purchased last July. They have a total of 153 Autocross runs on them...or @ 150 miles....that's it. So they are for the most part brand new.

This set up is $2,200 + shipping from 949.

I would be willing to sell just the shocks or any combo of the shocks, springs, mounts etc etc etc....BUT I am not selling ANYTHING unless the purchaser also buys the shock bodies.

So here is the pricing options I would consider.
Shock Bodies ONLY - $1,400
Shocks and mounts - $1,460
Shocks, mounts and springs $1,750
Shocks, Mounts, Springs & Helper Springs $2,000

All the prices are rock solid firm meaning I would not take $0.01 less on any of the combos and all prices are + actual shipping charges. I am not interested in trades and will not ship internationally.

The lead time on the Doubles is 4-5 weeks so I'm just trying to get an idea what the interest level on these would be. If they don't sell I will just be sending them to AST to have them upgraded rather than purchase the new doubles.

Hm... Fairly interested. Waiting for something to happen and if it in fact does happen, will buy immediately.

 

After several conversations with the guys at AST is appears that I am going to be sticking with AST dampers on the car....but still need to sale these.

 

What dampers are you getting? 5300s or something?

 

It looks like the possibility of the upgrade to Double Digressive valving is a no go. Everything else is the same. Bump for a GREAT deal on some AWESOME shocks.

Yep. They aren't eating anything so I'm in no hurry. They only have 150 miles on them, they are already $200 less than what a new set would cost and they are ready to ship TODAY not in 4-6 weeks.
