Like the title says. Complete with backing plates, but may be missing a bolt or two. Has the padding and covers for both hoops. Slight nick (size of a fingenail) on the top of one of the covers, which scraped off the vinyl, but didn't cut through the underlayment. I will include a vinyl repair kit with purchase.

This is NOt the maxx, and will fit under a hardtop. Fits NA and NB.

Prefer not to ship, as this is really heavy. Asking $450 or make an offer.
