I have a used set of carbon fiber mirrors off of my car. I've decided to go in a different direction. I do not have the adapter brackets, but 1 of the holes line up with one of the factory bolt holes on the door, while the other lines up with the center hole between both factory bolt holes, so you can mount it with a bolt/nut. There are a couple vendors here in addition I believe who sell the adapter brackets should you wish to go that route. I mounted one up for the pic, but looking at it now I'm noticing I didn't tighten it enough and the bracket slid downwards a bit- sorry!
