how much shipped to 14210, what needs to be rebuilt? how much shaft play and how much boost was run through this

What exactly is wrong with it, why does it need to be rebuild?

 

theres no fittings! it burns oil! minimal shaft play and only 5psi ran through it on my car! somebody responded last night to this and he is local so if he doesnt want it ill start running down the list of people that have posted first!
