Default FS m45 jrsc

hey guys. i bought my car with a m45 jackson racing supercharger kit on it. currently still on the car and runs great and have not had any issues with it, i am unaware of mileage and history of it but it runs perfectly. it comes with the blower, the jr filter, the upipe from the blower to the filter, and the cross pipe. (no power card, msd, or fuel) i will post a picture as soon as i take on later today. i am looking to get 800 or best offer. anyway just posting this up to start guaging some interest. located in northern new jersey rather not ship. willing to part out.

i wasnt sure what "carb legal" meant so i looked into it...Flyin' Miata : Tech : CARB information

as my car just passed inspection and had no problems in the state of new jersey, even with bigger injectors, i am guessing it is "carb legal", but i am not a professional. if anyone knows more about this please chime in. thanks

When you take if off. Can you take apart the blower to show the screws? Maybe a video of spinning them?

Are you planning on boosting the car another way? If you keep all that stuff on there, I don't think it will be very driveable. Whats the new price without fuel management?

exactly! going turbo lol. and im leaving it at 800 or best offer because the lower i go, the even lower lowballs ill get. the blower works and is true so i shouldnt have to sell it for 200 lousy bucks. any reasonable offer is considered

Going from blower to turbo: fail -> win

Keeping your old bandAIDS: win -> fail

Hey, I am a noob too. And who am I to be giving advice when my ride is bone stock ATM.

That said, a new engine is more expensive than an MS.

Here are a few:

MS1 for $250

MS1 with MS2 daughter board $250

MS2 for $450

MS1 with no price listed

Its whether you can afford to, its whether you can afford not to.

Band aids doesn't mean you're engine is gonna blow up silly noob. It just doesn't give you as much tuneablility (is that a word) as a standalone ECU. They also limit what you can do with the stock ECU. With band aids you can get to about 6 psi and call it a day. Not bad if thats what you are looking for (which I am) but, if you want to go above that you will need a stand alone.
