dude, caveat your own emptorzzz. I just saw them in the car for sale section whilst looking for my stolen wheels.

I should. but i've been busy building a kitchen. and trying to license an unlicensable car in va. and all sorts of things that cost money I dont have :(

Uh yeah, VA emissions and safety blow man. I know a good shop fairly local to alexandria that is semi-lenient.
