Ok so everyone knows the story, I finally opened her up yesterday and found a few pinion gear teath laying around and the ring gear got alittle abused, but everything with the lsd looks good. I'm selling just the lsd unit(comes with stub shafts I believe u need them for vicous swaps so I'll include em) and can include the rear carrier if needed.
Here is the add from the guy I bought it off;
Mazdaspeed clutch style 4.3:1 ratio diff, 45,000km of considerate use (no clutch dumps, burn outs, or power shifts) on it. This is not the viscous diff that loses its locking capability over time -- it utilizes a clutch pack (a la Gen II RX7) and is very effective. It is a "1.5 way set up", meaning highest lock under acceleration, 50 percent lock on decceleration, which for a street-driven car is what you want.
I put an additional 300km on it b4 killing the pinion gear, still worked awesome when I had it in.
Looking for $500ca+shipping(or cash+trades for turbo stuff)

6'' This diff does have some auto-x's under its belt but the previous owner (has one of the most power miata's in town) was very specific in saying he has never burned out ect with this diff. Driving around corners slowly the tires would squeel a bit as it locks up very nicely still. I guareentee whoever buys this diff will not be dissapointed with.
