One of the tabs for mounting cracked due to my drilling, tapping and over torqueing the hardware. It includes a bolt on steel welded mount to support it, it's a heavy bitch. 3.5" thick.

BNIB Heavy Duty ACT Throwout Bearing - $45 shipped

MTXL 3844 Widebandy BNIB sorta(have mocked it up and added fire sleeve to the sensor cable. NEVER wired up, or so on. Still like new. - $180 shipped sold

If you are referring to the JDM Stock steering wheel for NA with removable center cover, then yes. This is a traditional Bolt on hub to adapt an aftermarket type 6 hole wheel. Works with both MOMO and Nardi bolt Patterns.
