Steering rack off of my 2002 SE with 125k miles. No issues, comes with tie rods. I wanted to depower my steering without taking my car out of commission, so I bought an rack on eBay to depower. $85 shipped.
I can depower this for you for $150 total.

Door cards out of my 2002 SE. I died the center trim bits BMW burgundy 3 years ago and it's held up well. There is a crack on the driver's side which is pictured. They are missing the metal stand offs and the window seal. No speakers, switches, door pulls... you get the idea. $70 shipped for the pair.

ABS speaker adapters. These will let you put 6.5 inch speakers in your Bose spot. 6.5 inch speakers aren't plug and play, so make sure you have a plan for how you will wire them up and power them. I re-used the speaker wiring with a new deck. They aren't pretty. If anyone wants to give me $5 to cover shipping you can have them, or free with the door cards.

 

Big price adjustment. I'd like more room in my garage to work on the car.

 

No idea why the title change isn't working. Steering rack is still available, and I added a "I'll depower it for you" option.

 

Don't mean to thread jack but Emilio followed up on the dowel method. The dowel broke so he went back to the welding method.
