Fully built 1.8L Engine BP4W - Manley, Wiseco, Supertech, more
I don't know OP so maybe I'm missing something here, but I assume he is a non-professional weekend warrior wrench like most on this site .. so what do you guys generally value DIY labor at ? I thought the offer itself was / is solid given its gotten no action for 4 months .. although V8killer should have just PMd the offer instead of posting up "whats your best price" and kept this discussion private between him and OP instead. Cost of parts new for used parts assembled + buyer pays shipping seems fair to me. I remember seeing a TSE built block sold for cost of parts here before.

yes, PM me to discuss offers.
The engine was not rebuilt by a professional but I work at an automotive engineering shop that does do professional rebuilds so I have access to all the right tools had a professional engine rebuilder teach me everything I needed to know for the rebuild. The value of that info is whatever you want to make of it.

"What's your final price?"
"What's the lowest you'll go?"
"Will you take[Listed price *0.333] shipped?"
"Why are you selling this; what's wrong with it?"
"Will you trade for seat covers and a turn signal?"
"I'm definitely interested, let me get back to you tomorrow................"
I don't even bother to respond. If I'm spiteful, I'll wait till after it's sold to send them a message "no longer available"
Either way, not to further pollute cyotani's thread, but patience pays. The right buyer knows what this is worth in time and dollars and will appreciate the easy button solution with the documentation shown.

Hmm, let's bump a thread that's more than a year old with no response to the previous newb messages. Are none of you are smart enough to check when he was last online?

Maybe Admin should lock this thread or ban?
