Greddy/Turbo Tony setup for 1.6 Miata
Just pulled this off my car to swap out for a different combo. Has been totally reliable for the almost 2yrs I've used it, and also for the previous owner who had it for a few years before me.
No thrust play at all, minimal axial play, no compressor wheel contact with the housing as shown in the close-up. Does not burn oil.
Greddy cast manifold, no cracks, relief cuts already made on the flange. Greddy/Mitsu TD04 turbo, includes the oil feed banjo fitting and modified oil drain tube (so it clears the inner fender shelf). Turbo Tony 2.5” 1-piece downpipe. I have a brand new 40” braided steel oil feed line I can let go of, too.
Doesn't look pretty but gets the job done. I just ran it at the local 1/4mi strip last month and went 13.5@110 so there's plenty of power to be made with it (I was making about 240whp based on my time/trap). And that's at 5000' above sea level. So for all you guys who aren't as high as we are in CO you can do even better
Not going to separate the mani/turbo/dp unless I get buyers for everything.
Prices are shipped/insured CONUS. You pay the 3% to Paypal unless local and cash.
Manifold/turbo/downpipe combo $750
Oil feed line $30

i have a T25 sitting on my desk waiting to be installed with the appropriate manifold/dp setup......
but this is tempting me.. decisons on TD04 vs T25 are now occurring...
