PDXocet - it's a ball bearing turbo so there is a little play.

 

Do you know if your hallman as the soft spring or hard spring? I need it to hold at around 12psi. Is the balck coating just worn down on that picture?

 

I used it when I was running 17lbs. Moved for to an ebc only but never had a problems. The paint is scraped up on it. It's old and used.
