if i get an 18x12x3 core intercooler i'll be saving my current one for the girlfriend's miata. she'll most likely be going turbo before Artie.

If she goes turbo before Artie, that means she may never have one!

I thought you already ordered one Bryan?

And I'm still not sure why compy thinks that I'm never going turbo.

yeah he has the same one i sold you....that one not working for you?! Delta wasn't that bad at low boost....granted not nearly as close as the 18" core.

it's working. i've just been spooled with the 18" core i have on the other car. the combination of the smaller IC and smaller 2554 is making my temps a lil higher than I want. When its around 70 out I see temps in the upper 90's after boosting. Not bad but as I said I've been spoiled.

Plus I'm sick of the "that's a small intercooler" comments.

It was the perfect size before I decided to pull my AC last week. Now I have a lot of room. I purposely stay away from those 28x9 ICs because I don't want to go out so wide on the piping, rather keep it short and sweet.

Your getting sick of that too huh? That was one of the reasons I was very excited to get the damn larger I/C. My friend kept saying my car looked "buck toothed".

I'm thinking of painting it black for now and not for the typical reason of hiding that I'm boosted.
