I am going with a different intercooler setup so i'm parting out my jim's pipes and starion intercooler. The I/C had a hairline crack by the end tanks that I will have pictures of (maybe about 1.5 cm long) that can either be TIG welded or I can JB weld it shut for you. Otherwise the I/C is in awesome shape, as I just recently wetsanded it down and its gleaming. 150 + shipping for the set to support my habits seems fair. If not.. PM me and we'll work it out, since in reality they are pretty much just weighin my IS300 down.
