If it's welded on the outside and internal welds grounded out on the inside, moving the collector up the 4:1 reduction and have a huge outlet (3") like that, it should flow much better than stock.

It placed 5th in a LeMons race.

Seriously helped high RPM breathing. This little motor lived above 5K all race.
