Seems like there is a reasonable amount of interest in the old link to RS232 adapters, so I've talked to TurboRoach and decided to make a batch of these bad boys.
What you get: Link EMS to micro-usb adapter (no more serial to usb cables!), built, tested, in a case, and shipped to your door.
What we get: $65 shipped anywhere in the US, $75 international.
Initial plan is to make a batch of 20, PCBs will be ordered tomorrow AM. I'm anticipating we won't sell them all, but no reason to not keep a few on hand just in case
Let me know who needs em.

Put me down for one as well. I bought one of turbo roaches previous adapters but no computer with a serial port
So if this removes the serial port all together, I'm in!

Yes! Finally I see the light!
Went through the lengths of talking to the Texas retailer of the link but was still looking at New Zealand prices.
I've been waiting for so long for this I could buy 20 of these ....
But just put me down for 1

They've shipped from china, but god knows how long its going to take for them go clear customs and get here. I'm going to make a component order by end of the week so I can assemble ASAP.
I'm crossing my fingers for having them tested and ready to go next week. Thanks for everybody's patience.

I know, sorry guys. PCBs just came in yesterday (they're much smaller than I expected!) Parts should be here in 3 days, then I'll build a few, test them, and start taking payments/ shipping.
Thanks for waiting everybody. Spinning boards takes time (and fast boards are craaaaaaazy expensive).
