m45 super charger with TDR pulleys making 11 psi with air to water intercooler, 2 gallon aluminum water tank, all water lines, mustnag cobra electric water pump, custom mounts, original pulley, 1.6l throttle body with variable TPS, and intake that runs under the stock brake master cylinder. This is the first generation m45 with the pulley that sits over the snout. I added the 62.5mm TDR pulley and made a space for the crank overlay pulley (150mm) to align the belt. The supercharger mount was modified so that the it can pivot up and down and then I made a turnbuckle that attaches to the PS bracket (included) that tensions the belt by pivoting the supercharger (2 belts included). The air to water intercooler is a 4inch OD by 10" long unit that I welded elbows to so it mimics the placement of the stock crossover tube. The water tank is a 2 gallon air tank from an MRAP military vehicle that I have mounted in the trunk. The lines are all clear 3/4" ID lines that run to a modified AC condenser for use as the heat exchanger in the air to water setup. This setup is very custom but has been extremely reliable and I would be more than happy to answer any questions about it. ~$2000

I know 1.6s are popular, but someone must want some of this stuff.

 

It's a cool looking setup. I already have two supercharger kits I am playing with though. I would reccomend also putting this up on clubroadster. You will likely get more action over there than here.
