Default Mazda Miata Valve Cover & Intake Manifold Powder Coated

I have a powder coated Mazda Miata Valve Cover and Intake Manifold. Valve cover is done in a 4 stage Powder Coating. Silver Vein base, Candy Teal, Silver Lettering, and Matte Clear Coat. Intake Manifold is with a Chrome powder coating. I'm looking for $75 OBO for each part.

The valve cover wouldnt happen to be for a 99-00 with provisions for the Hall sensor?

I believe its for a 1991-1998 1.6L, 1.8L

Sounds like it's for a 1.6 then. You can't put a 1.6 cover on a 1.8.

Coilpack mounts to the driver's side, so yeah 1.6.

Not a fan of chrome manifolds but both those items look AWESOME. Great prices too.

Nope I do it for fun at a friends garage. Im selling these because the person who commissioned me to do these flaked.

well if your game get some cheap ones and PC then sell I'd be down for one with exposed gears for a 1.6

That looks great. Too bad teal isn't a color I like, or I'd probably want.

What was your technique on the lettering? I can't figure out how you got such straight lines between the black/teal and silver.

After baking the marble base, and teal. Mask the whole cover so that the only thing exposed is the recessed letters. Spray the powder, once happy, using a sponge brush or finger run across the letters. Put tape over the letters so you didn't spill anything or lose powder. brush off whatever is on top of the cover. Remove tape and bake again.

OP where are you located?? for some reason I saw similar parts while look in CL in the South Florida area. I would be interested in a 1.8 with exposed cam gears, PM a quote.
