For sale is a MegaSquirt 3 ECU. This came with a new Miata I purchased. I'm not sure what years it will work with. $350 obo.

 

Was this installed in the car you purchased, or just a spare? If you tell us the year of your car it will probably give a better idea of what the ECU is compatible with.

 

It’s a spare. I purchased a 2005 Mazdaspeed and it came with the stock ECU, the MegaSquirt MS3, and a Hydra Nemesis. I’ll only be using the stock ECU. That being said, I don’t think the Megasquirt is setup for plug-and-play directly to a 2001-2005 Miata as those ECUs seem to have 3 connectors. I’m sure the MegaSquirt can be setup to work on any year after replacing the ECU connector.

 

There are 3 plugs on the ECU harness, which plug into different sections in the Denso 76 (long white port) on the Megasquirt. I would assume that the megasquirt would be a PNP for a 2001=2005, but I don't know megasquirt of mazdaspeeds well enough to say. Regardless, GLWs

 

Open the adapter box and snap a few pics, that will show the connections and so which car it will fit. It could be any 1990-2000 based on the connector, the connections inside will pinpoint the exact model.
