Comes with everything from the turbo to the throttlebody including WRX STI Blow off valve (all metal) which you'll need to pipe back in or put a check valve on. The breater line is plugged as per Braineack's recommendation. You'll need to clock the turbo down a bit as well. Asking 80+shipping OBO.
