I have a brand NEW set of the ultra light 9.9 pound Enkei RPF1 wheels in a 4x100mm lug spacing (never been mounted on a car) in a custom military grey powder coat with brand NEW 205/50-15 Kumho Ecsta XS Summer Performance tires I'm asking $1,200 NEW
This is a very light and very capable setup

did you happen to weigh a wheel after the powdercoat? I heard powdercoat adds about a pound (last time I powdercoated, 1.2 pounds got added to each wheel I did)
people seem to forget that paint and/or powder coat adds weight :(

I did not. All 4 wheels took less than 1 pound of powder in total and you remove the original finish to get to the metal so I can't say it was much added weight if any at all.
