I'm a complete dumbfuck and a hater because I think you're being a) unrealistic about what you seem to be attempting to accomplish and b) because I think you're overbidding yourself?

My apologies for being a hater, I just find it a little difficult to believe you make in excess of $170,000 yearly take home pay and are worried about 1700 for some turbo stuffs. Like Pat said, throw it away, Give it away.

If I'm ever in South Florida I'll be sure to bring my finally completed turbo Miata and we can see how it'll do against a 996.

one more post,
like i said money is money no matter how you look at it. i work hard for my money i dont just throw it away(unless i am gambling which i do alot of lol). i bought everything on a spur of the moment purchase turbo kit,intercooler,link,99 head, turbo timer, boost gauge, clutch and flywheel, injectors and fuel rail, exhaust and etc. i found out that the link didnt work for my 94 so naturually i went out and bought a prestine 93 car to use my link. then guess what manifold and downpipe didnt fit. so now i have a mint 93 car that i dont want to really do anything to but i will turbo it if i cant sell these parts. i have since sold most of the stuff. oh yeah the only reason is i bought my wife the first 94 car so when she got to florida she would have a fun car to drive around in the sun. guess what she cant drive and 5 speed and didnt want to learn so ever since i have been stuck with the car and then fell in love with the car. then my addiction for more power and tuning caught on and parts for miata's are rediciously cheap! how could you not like that.
i have absolutely no reason to lie or inflate what i charge my clients, NONE! i dont care if you like me or not. you knkow nothing about me or what i do. i have met a few of the florida people and they know what i do and know me. just because maybe you are not making the wage i get doesnt mean it isnt possible or that someone like myself would be a a miata webstie. i have driven countless high end cars. i have owned some even. the miata is a great little car(although does lack some power) that can hang in there with the best of them given proper handling upgrades and power upgrades no doubt. so please quite with the personal attacks and doubting. my offer still stands to you. take care
oh yeah throwing things away would be taking things for granted. i was brought up to appreciate everything in life. unless your some mtv sweet 16 birthday kid who could give a **** about anything, then i am sure you would agree that taking things for granted isnt right. i am always thankful for everything in my life and what i have

$90/hr is ok but it's not really all that much. Post tax you're looking at $2000/week. Hopefully you're smart and have set up your legal tax shelters etc (esp. considering 1099/LLC/S-Corp) but you can still "only" afford a $600-$700,000 house... In some areas that won't really get you all that much. A porche 911 is really expensive and that plus house can really eat into your surplus income. I just wanted to say that at $90/hr you still have to work for many years before you can consider retirement. You can live comfortably and buy a porche but I'm sure everyone's heard of the saying "spend below your means". I think yallz giving him a hard time.

This thread is absolutely hilarious. Anyone saying he should "throw the money away" needs to seriously rethink how they view money. I would never throw ANY money away. I have $11 in my pocket right now. If I lost it, it wouldn't make any difference in my life. Does that mean I should just throw it away? Hell no thats just plain stupid. Throwing away any amount of money away is stupid. But hey if you make $90 an hour I guess that makes it ok, so if any of you guys ever get there please remember me when you start throwing money away.

The OP has said numerous times that pics are available upon request, so why are you guys giving him ****? There's several threads in the for sale section right now without pics.

All I see in this thread is a bunch of people posting/bashing him in a for sale thread and there not looking to buy any of his stuff. If you think his prices are high than all you have to do is simply say so.

Im done.

I gotta step in here. Brian is a great guy period. He has money and that I can attest to however this thread has just gotten stupid already. Give the guy a break and let him sell his stuff. If no thats posted here wants it, just leave the guy and the thread alone. And everything Phil just said above.
