I never heard of this turbo, but thats because Im a Newb when it comes to Turbo Names......But maybe someone was looking for these ones in particular? I saw he didnt have a price, so maybe hes kinda desperate to let them go. no affiliation!

He doesn't list any specs. Saying "T04E" could mean any number of combinations. I'm always wary of people selling Garrett turbos without knowing/listing what they are.
The exhaust side appears to be full T4.

Anything that looks like you can live inside, is probably too large for a 1.6L or 1.8L
