Here you go, it slipped my mind earlier. The TDR Heat Shield comes with the original instruction and hardware (aside from the tie down steel wire), its the 20% larger version.

So how is the function affected by not having the tie down steel wire?

Its only required for some hot side supercharger configurations where you can't fit one of the other two mounting options in the space you have. You can buy it at the hardware store, any steel wire will do. I had a cold side supercharger so it was just one screw to mount this for me.

I'm sorry, I should have specified that its only $60 shipped within the USA. I'll probably end up paying $60 just to get it for you. :(

If you can fold the shield, shipping would actually be pretty cheap --> around $15 for First-Class Package International Service
