Jared, as an FYI, the diff is much easier to ship separated. It was about $50 for the diff itself when I shipped mine (can't remember where to), and the carrier was $25 via USPS (WA -> NM), UPS would have been $45 as it was dimensional weight with UPS.

The diff is a pain to pack due to weight, the carrier due to size/configuration. For the carrier I ended up bolting the "ears" to a plywood board to stabilize & protect it.

GLWS, the shock brace is tempting, but I haven't seen for sure if the '01 will fit under a NA hood.

Thank you, for that info. I will keep that in mind. As far as the brace is concerned I don't know if it will or not. If we get one into the shop I will test it out to see if it will.
