We've already discussed this in DM's man, but I guess we can do it here too. Quite frankly it's a screaming deal at $3000. C30-74 kits go from $4000 to $5000 depending on the vendor. This has a C30-94, larger intercooler, and larger oil cooler. The kit was put together and customized by someone who knows his **** way more than the majority of us do. If that weren't enough, I bought it for $3000 and it hasn't done anything but sit in my workroom since. I'm curious why you think I should lose money on something when it's the same exact thing with no more miles or wear.

Also as we've discussed, if you just want the head unit, k24madness is still selling a C30-94 right now, also for a screaming ******* deal at $1200 for a brand new Rotrex that goes for $2200.

If you can't afford it, I get you man, I'm broke as **** half the time, but just wait and save up. Alternatively go scour Craigslist where they're used to people asking for half off the price for no reason.

Is that a genuine Bride shell? That's pretty cool. Any photos of the thickness of the carbon kevlar? Just curious.

 

Yep, it's legit. Looks to be about 6 layers of a thick width 2x2 twill, comes out to about 1/4 inch I'd say, the edges seem to be delaminated slightly in the curves, but within about 1/2 inch of the edge it's solid and the lip is about 2 inches wide. Stiffer than FRP seats I've had, very little wiggle. Never could get an answer on whether CF seats should use seat back braces. I really enjoyed the seat, I'll probably keep it if nobody buys it.
