I bought these used, supposedly cleaned/tested from previous owner (he didn't provide any documentation so I can't vouch for the cleaning or testing). They are engraved 1-4 as you can see in the pictures, and came in the box pictured with the included sticker so it's plausible.
All rubber seals were new when installed 8 months ago, they'll "probably" work for another install but it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace them.
I've ran them for the past 8 months ~4-5k miles without any trouble for my FM2 turbo setup. Upgraded to ID725's so I don't need these anymore.
