Thumbs up 1.6 setup, GT28RS, SS Mani, SS 3" dp

So this winter is going to be fun project time for me. Since I've gotten a welder, I'm going to try my hand at making my own manifold this time around. And using a cheaper turbo... I'd just prefer to cut down my own costs in a car I consider to be disposable (track thing).

Anyways. With the OLD damaged turbo. THIS IS NOT THE CURRENT TURBO CHRA.
http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/m...s/IMG_0460.jpg
I made this on a STOCK 1.6l with my custom IM, V-mount @ 10.x psi. 23x/2xx.

Turbo was replaced this season. Car is basically never driven. I would estimate it has no more than 1k miles on it. I back/forth to michigan 320miles round trip, few miles on track, 2 trips of 80miles, few miles on track and that is about it. It is pretty darn close to new.
CHRA was gotten from distributor, straight from Garret.

Will include oil feed fitting. Oil drain fitting. Coolant banjo fittings and coolant feed line to 1.6l block banjo fitting. So all you would need is drain line, oil feed line and 1.6l block banjo oil fitting.

Manifold is a one off piece made by Cody from Lovefab. They do S2000 and NSX turbo kits. Currently his mainstay is NSX kits. Full Stainless tubular manifold with External Wastegate setup for a 38mm Tial. T25 Flanged.

Downpipe is Stainless and has built in WG dump. Full 3 inch off the turbo with the 3" Vband. Clears body and trans without issue. No cheated bends. 3" flexpipe to eliminate cracking of exhaust/etc..

This will only be sold as a package deal. The manifold/turbo/downpipe are all setup to work together with the custom V-band turbine deal.

Still on car, but will be taking off shortly or specifically for a serious buyer. Car is up for the winter already on jackstands.

1300 OBO.

That price gets you SS Lovefab manifold, GT28RS w/vband turbine housing, 3" SS vband downpipe with 3" flexpipe, fittings for the GT28RS from ATP (oil feed, oil drain, coolant banjos.

I know it will be asked, but it was NOT designed to be AC or PS friendly. Will they fit? No clue. I doubt it... they are dead weight anyways

Yah, Only partout I would consider is selling turbo without Turbine housing. As the system is all configured to work together.

Only way I would do that anyways, is if there are two parties and both do a deposit to confirm interest.

How much did it cost for the manifold to be made along with the DP if you don't mind me asking, I wouldn't mind getting rid of my ETD manifold.

Exact price is tough to say honestly. It was all packaged together. Manifold was a 600 buck piece though. Downpipe was amongst all the in house fabrication. Vband modification was in house. Turbo... and fittings are obviously their own piece.

FWIW, I think It might work with A/C, the runners are low but they are set decently far back.

If this doesn't sell by tomorrow then I am going to shoot myself in the face!

PM sent.

I am just worried about the runner for cylinder 3(?) hanging too low. It's actually the PS delete bracket that making me worry. If it was a comfirmed fit I would have already bought it, lol.

I see what you mean Scott.

Since Vash's FM3 manifold starting cracking it's making me nervous becuase I can't get a replacement for mine if it starts to crack as well.

I will ship to anywhere... with the buyer paying for the shipping.

Once I get back from this Holiday, I'll begin disassembly and start working on the list of people in order of contact. Giving each a shot.

All must have some patience as I still have to remove it and find quality packing materials to protect it all and figure out shipping format.
