Craigslist Turbo

I have no idea what turbo it is, but I just noticed that it's cheap. If anybody wants it, go ahead and give that guy a call and work out a price and I'm willing to go get it for you and then ship it out to you for whatever shipping charges are.

Hey Jason, see if you can call the guy and get the specs off the turbo, dude obviously has no idea what he has, so if it is a decently sized turbo anyone here could be a candidate.
Looks like a OE turbo, V-band, IWG but no can...no biggie.
I'd give $50 if it was good, size and condition I mean.

 

It looks to be a DSM 20G turbo. The exhaust flange is square with a round port, similar to a DSM turbo, and its hard to see but it looks like the other flange is a diamond shape.

I don't see an markings showing that is its an Forced Performance's special (Red or Green) so 20g is most likely.

 

I'm going to try and talk to him. If it is a 20g I want it. I'm pretty desperate for a larger mitsu turbo for my Talon.

Yeah, small 16g, but it's on a 2.3 liter stroker. Not near enough steam. I want to stay mitsu, because I have a beautiful LIPP O2 housing. I'd hate to let it go.

hmmm not sure how a 20g will work on a 2.3. Still seems kinda small. Most of the local DSM boys are running FP30 series turbos on the 2.3s

 

Yeah, It's not huge, but I'd like to keep the revs down and run under 30 psi on ethanol. 20g on a 2.3 is like a 16 on a 2.0. Either way, it's bigger than what I've got and the price is right.

 

Anybody need me to pick this thing up yet?
