Sorry, just saw this post.
The scoop portion mounts below and behind the bumper. I don't know how much it affects ground clearance but seems it would affect it at least a little.

Boost controller is now on eBay for $215. Would take $200 shipped for it though, just want this stuff gone and need some monies.
