VVT head ~90k miles
I have for sale a VVT head from a 2003 with approx. 90k miles. Bought a parts car but have no need for VVT. Comes with everything pictured: intake manifold, valve cover, VVT oil line, and upper timing cover. Exhaust manifold may be included if wanted but will be additional cost.
I can take more specific pictures at your request. Asking for $400 local pickup only in Richmond, VA.

Right now I would really prefer local pickup only. But let me call a buddy of mine who runs a UPS store and see if he can come up with a reasonable solution to get it effectively protected for shipping. It may be a few days before I can get a solid quote together though.

Sorry, my buddy just got back to me yesterday about shipping. He said that he would not be able to ship it from his store as it would most likely need to be crated due to weight. I've never shipped a head before and it sounds like something I honestly just don't have the time to mess with so I'll be sticking to local pickup only for now.

No worries. It would be a lot of work and probably too expensive. Good luck with the sale.

It shouldn't require freight but you'll need to double-box it to prevent damage - I had a 99 head shipped from FL to MN with VVT via UPS. Also seconded on interest if you change your mind and are willing to ship

Let me get with my buddy again and see if he'll help me package it up and get a quote then. I'll let you both know what I can come up with, but again it might be a couple days. I work 24 hour shifts and depending on how rough work is sometimes I need a full day to recoup haha.

No problem, I go oncall tomorrow for a week so I know how it goes. If he's able/willing to cut off the VVT solenoid harness and cam sensor pigtails to include that would help with my swap.

I have shipped a few cylinder heads via UPS, they weigh about 50 lbs. Box it yourself, foam on all sides ( cheap white or green faom from Lowes), lots and lots of tape. avg cost for me was about 75 bucks to get across the us.
