Sent Paypal to him for parts, he drained paypal account, never sent parts or even excuse. There is really no excuse for shitty behavior like this.

I have name, address and specifics I can post if needed.

Per you or him? As in did you file a claim and it worked, or did he refund the money...i have dealt with him before, never had issues, but I was the seller each time.

Reason I ask, I want to know if this thread was the cause for the refund (which is a good sign and example for others to come) or did you just file a claim and got your money back from Paypal...

Paypal claim was made and won some time ago, however no money in acct to recover as he had drained it.
He has been steadily lurking on various forums so its not like he was out of the country or something. A Paypal PENDING refund was made today...but never one email, PM, or any communication, BS excuse, or otherwise made. I have thousands of transactions with Miata owners, including many here, I dont dick people around, and I dont much care for being dicked around. If pending refund is made good I will post accordingly.
If not, then so as well.

It shows as a refund, so I presume he initiated it.
However, once you have a standing judgement adding more $ to your account will lead to collection. Regardless, I wanted to be clear that
I did finally get my money back...which I should have.

 

Sounds like he needs to be banned.
No comms from him or Paypal other than (refunded) means he finally paid up on his own and didn't have the ballz to contact you. BAN!

I can see he's been bannished already... and since he's logged in as recently as yesterday and obviously read your PM's and seen this thread, he's a Class-A scumbag like we all knew. **** that guy.
