In anticipation of my getting my track car back up and running, I'm debating on replacing my current OSG with the high-power OSG. Emilio says that these things are indestructable and should easily get $1200+ for it... that's not saying anyone of you cheap-asses (myself included
) will offer that, but that's what I'll need for me to pull it out of the housing... and no, the 3.6 R&P does not come with it (unless you want to buy me a new one).. I will throw a bone and cover shipping - as long as it ain't Thailand or somewhere across the world. Open for flaming and/or cash - preferrably cash
Or you can buy a new shiny one at $1600...

And your point? You willing to hook us up at that price? The high-power from 949 is $2100 and some change... so unless you can hook us up with your 'work' prices, I suggest you keep your awesome hook up to yourself as most of us dont have that luxury... and I also try to support our vendors...

We'll see... there's always the option of pulling it out and sending it to Emilio for getting 're-tuned' as a high-power.. but that cost is about $800+/-. So, weighing the difference in costs between new and re-tune with shipping, I *might* be better off sending it in... at least this way gives someone the chance to go OSG.

I changed my mind on this OSG - I'm gonna pull it and send it in to 949 to get re-tuned as a high-power.. after doing so, there's not much of a cost benefit, but at least it will come back as an entire assembly, backlash set and all.
