What is the rust right above the spring perch? Is it the bottom of the spring?

 

Upper mounts included. Rust is the thrust bearings the springs ride on. Will include a new set.

Sorry I just had to say something. What the hell is it with people always asking "what's the lowest you will go."

If you don't like the asking price, shoot him an offer and then negotiate. Otherwise assume bottom dollar is as listed. It's a ******* good deal if confirmed mechanically aound), buy it or dont.
