Default Mspnp9093 Gen1 Powering up question

Heres the story short where im at this point.

Bought used Gen1 mspnp for my -92 miata. Installed everything as manuals say and yes i took off the st sign fuse. After installation checked wires since i installed wideband with it too wich is connected to factory narrowband sensor harness.
1. Checked that my pc connects through usb adapter, it was fine.
2. Map inside ms were used on supersharged car so i downloaded base map for my car and double checked that it was the right one with AFM.
3. Loaded the map and it gave warning that "signatures do not match! Tune file signature:MSnS-extra format 029q. Configuration signature: MS/Extra Format hr_10"
4. Clicked ok and it went in with 12warnings -> Didnt try to start car since i tought i look out whats causing all that.

5. Turned everything off and took battery connections back out for that day.
6.Next day i come to turn it back on to test an other map and theres no power for Mega at all. (No lights coming up and no fuel pressure) I still have voltage on radio and other things, its just that mega wont start and i cant get my laptop to connect to it anymore.

So now the question is that what may have caused that. Im just getting back on the car tomorrow to measure where the voltage stops at. But if i fried somthing i would need to know the original cause so it wont happen again.
There were one strange thing at point number 4 when i sit on the car and pressed gas pedal axidentaly the car seemed to move a bit (5th gear in) like it would had spark on one stroke, is it possible that somthing caused that big of voltage spike and my ignitor gave some kind of signal. And yes i only had key at first position the whole time when that happened.

If you have any ideas what have happened or what to check first to save some time on troubleshooting, i appreciate all the help. My english isnt perfect so try to bear with it

Update from today. I got everything work again for a while, but after 1hour break it wont turn on again. When it starts pressuring fuel line the pump wont start at all (relay clicks twice like it did when it worked), is this now causing that mega isnt fully starting and i cant connect to it with my laptop or is there somthing else that i should check out? I double checked every ground and battery voltage is over 12volts so theres no problem.

Edit: Just found out thread here about same kind of behavior. So im going to check main relay tomorrow and see if thats the problem. Have anyone yet covered why it fails or am i having just bad luck that it just randomly blew when i installed mega in?

Next problem. Got the power problems solved and now on crank test it gives controller error message instantly. I let msg file be just like it was when i downloaded it, just changes narrowband -> wideband and set correct injector settings.

I have no idea how this can be so "messed up" since it should atleast startup or attempt without errors. Would it be best to just put new firmware and basemap and try again or is there still somthing that im unaware to? Have read all the manuals thru like 10times and watched videos for setting mspnp up and none of those tells nothing about this kind of problem.

Still im noob with this ms so if you have some suggestion what to try, pls try to keep it simple

You are trying to load a low-res basemap onto a box with high-res firmware.

Thanks, that helps enough to get started (Didnt check out for those things since i tought the box had normal fw in, bought used -.- )
Follow up question. Is there basemap available for high-res somewhere or should i make my own.. Il get into reading whats different in that fw code, it it seems too confusing i will flash normal one inside to get started finally.
