Need help with wideband issues (M62 NA8 w/ AEM)
Hi,
So I have a 1995 NA8 with a M62 BRP R3 supercharger that I just installed. The car runs on MS2PNP kit for the car and I am trying to wire up my AEM X-series wideband, but Tunerstudio is not reading AFR basically at all. The wideband gauge functions fine and I believe it reads correctly because 14.7 AFR has smooth idle sound to the engine. The wideband has the white wire (0-5v out) running to option port 21 (wideband) on the ECU, with 12v fused power from the radio. I have tried to ground the WB to the car itself, to the option port 5 and 21 on the ECU to no fix. I have no idea what could be wrong or what I can try to fix. And I did calibrate my AFR table for the AEM X series WB.
I would appreciate help from anyone who is more familiar with this stuff as it is new to me.
Note: The car runs and drives ok with a rough tune I made by watching the gauge and correcting fueling.

Might sound obvious, but have you told the ECU that you have a wideband connected via tunerstudio, under Fuel Settings, EGO Control?
If the AEM Gauge is working, but the MS isn't seeing a reading it's unlikely to be a ground issue, although once it is working you will need to make sure that you follow the guides for where best to ground it (and possibly set offsets) to get accurate results.
