This is how we keep costs low on seats inserts. the pro's pay $1600 per seat mold. seat foam is expensive. we only charge $300. how to we keep it so cheap?
simple. every seat job there is excess foam that is trimmed off the seat. we collect that foam and cut it into 12x4 cubes. we use the cubes to fill up the next seat mold. requiring less expanding foam. simple pay it forward economics, still great quality.
